Bronson’s long-time waste removal contractor Waste Pro was dumped in a shaky 4-1 decision by the town council Monday night.
After about an hour of discussion and proposals from representatives of Waste Pro and two other companies that bid on the contract, Council Member Berlon Weeks made a motion to go with Gainesville-based Waste Corporation of America, the lowest bidder.
