Cody and Magen Carter, of Chiefland, would like to announce the birth of their new baby girl, Dixie Lee Carter. She was born July 30, 2011, and weighed 9 pounds 8 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
Dixie was welcomed home by her big brother, Ty, many grandparents, aunts and uncles.
