Bamboo at Kanapaha

   Kanapaha Botanical Gardens' 30th Annual Winter Bamboo Sale is now underway.  Kanapaha has the state's largest collection of bamboos and annually offers bamboos for sale on a dug-to-order basis from Jan. 1 until March 1.  Fifteen types are offered this year, including Buddha Belly Bamboo, Stripestem Bamboo, Golden Goddess, Chinese Goddess and the incomparable Black Bamboo.  See price/availability listings at www.kanapaha.org/calendar or call 352-372-4981.
