TALLAHASSEE — Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office of Statewide Prosecution successfully prosecuted Kelly Mathis in the Allied Veterans of the World case. The jury Tuesday found Mathis guilty of 103 counts as charged. Mathis was convicted of one count of first degree felony racketeering, 51 counts of third degree felony illegal lottery and 51 misdemeanor counts of illegal slot machines. Mathis will be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2014.
