The Levy County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force executed a search warrant and arrested six people on drug charges on March 19, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
The arrests were the result of undercover purchases of methamphetamine in Bronson.
Richard Alan Pearson, 46, Bronson, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brook Brittingham, 31, Webster, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance (Viagra, Xanax) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Albert Anthony Massa Jr., 57, Bronson, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
Michael Dwayne Douglas, 51, Bronson, was arrested for tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
While Agents were searching the property a vehicle pulled in the driveway. Inside the vehicle was a pill bottle for the driver that indicated it was filed March 16 for 150 oxycodone pills, but only 12 remained.
Agents learned driver Crystal Fontenot, 34, Belleview, sold 25 pills to passenger John Henry Williams, 24, Belleview, for $450. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
Another passenger, Gidget Marie Temperato, 44, Ocala, had a black zip bag that contained a methamphetamine, a glass pipe and a straw. She was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
