n  Shane Michael Akes, animal cruelty, 30 days with credit for one day served and two years probation, 200 hours community service at animal shelter. Must pay $210 restitution.

n  Silas Dwight Alexander, fraud by insufficient funds, nolle pros.

n  Rickey Lee Alston, possession and sale of cocaine, 364 days with credit for 86 days served on each, served concurrently. Must pay $250 fine, jail fund and civil judgment.

n  Kevin Leon Crews, larceny between $300 and $5,000, and forgery, 1 year and 1 week plus 1 year probation with credit for 6 days served on each; larceny-petit, first offense, 6 days with credit for 6 days served; all served concurrently.
